Digital Agency in Frankfurt am Main

Strategy, brand presence and AI integration from one team, for mid-sized companies with 10 to 500 employees in the Rhine-Main region and beyond.

Our office, and why it matters to you

We are based at Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6 in 60313 Frankfurt am Main, a few minutes from Hauptwache. This is not a representative address or a mailbox but the place where the work happens. For companies in the Rhine-Main region that means a meeting at your premises costs us a journey, not a travel day.

This is worth mentioning because digital projects rarely fail on technology and often on coordination. Being able to sit down quickly when a decision is due saves two weeks of calendar juggling. Outside the region we work the same way, just with fewer in-person meetings.

What sets Rhine-Main apart from other regions

The mid-market between Frankfurt, Offenbach, Wiesbaden and Darmstadt is composed differently from that of classic industrial regions. It leans more towards services, is more internationally oriented and more often operates in regulated environments: financial services, logistics, pharmaceuticals, consulting.

For digital projects this has three practical consequences we see again in almost every engagement:

  • Bilingualism is not optional. A website that works only in German excludes part of your own customer base and almost the entire recruitment market.
  • Compliance sits at the table earlier. What gets reviewed at the end elsewhere decides the architecture here: where data sits, who accesses it, what is provable.
  • Competition for skilled staff is fiercer than competition for customers. In the Rhine-Main region the careers section is frequently the most visited part of a website and still the worst maintained.

What we do from Frankfurt

Three fields that support each other. Most clients start with one and come back later for a second.

Strategy and IT

Inventory of grown systems, the data layer, processes, and the question of what order things should happen in. This is the part least often commissioned and most often needed.

Brand and presence

Positioning, design, photo and video, and the website as a sales tool. We write content with your specialists, because services that need explaining cannot be described from the outside.

AI integration

Automation where it saves work and stays provable. Including the documentation that has not been optional since Article 4 of the AI Act.

How working together looks

01

Initial call

One hour, free of charge, at our office on Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz or at yours. We establish what the task actually is. Not infrequently it is a different one from the one enquired about.

02

Define scope

What gets done, how success is measured, and what is explicitly not included. That becomes a fixed-scope proposal.

03

Delivery

In stages with interim results. You see something real early rather than a presentation about something planned.

04

Follow-up

We measure what works and sharpen accordingly. The documentation is yours, even if you continue without us afterwards.

Who we work for, and who we do not

It fits if

  • you have 10 to 500 employees and operate in B2B.
  • several topics are connected: presence, systems and processes.
  • you want a partner who pushes back when the request misses the actual problem.
  • provability matters because you work in a regulated environment.

It does not fit if

  • a single, clearly defined service is to be bought cheaply.
  • the decision has already been made and only execution is sought.
  • you need an agency with a large team for continuous capacity.

Frequently asked questions

Where exactly is Vincency based in Frankfurt?

At Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 6 in 60313 Frankfurt am Main, in the centre between Hauptwache and Konstablerwache. The location is a few minutes away by S-Bahn or U-Bahn. Meetings take place either at our office or at your premises.

What does working with a digital agency in Frankfurt cost?

It depends on the project, and it can only be answered seriously after the initial call. We deliberately do not publish package prices, because for projects that need explaining they are regularly wrong and create false expectations on both sides. The initial call is free and results in a fixed-scope proposal.

Do you also work outside the Rhine-Main region?

Yes, regularly. Besides Frankfurt and its surroundings we work in Stuttgart, across Baden-Württemberg and throughout the German-speaking region. For projects outside the region little changes in the process, there are simply fewer in-person meetings and more video sessions.

How large is the team?

We are a small team of founders who do the work themselves rather than delegating it. That is an advantage if you want to talk to the people who also build, and a disadvantage if you need continuous capacity for a ten-person team. We decline when a project exceeds our capacity rather than accepting it and stretching it out.

Can you deliver bilingual websites?

Yes, and in the Rhine-Main region that is the rule rather than the exception. What matters is less the translation than the technical cleanliness: separate URLs per language, correct hreflang annotation and a structure treating both language versions as equals. Our own website is built to the same pattern.

Do you also provide support after the project?

On request, but without lock-in. We consider contracts whose main purpose is retention a poor business model. The documentation is yours and you can continue with any other provider. In our experience clients stay anyway when it works.

The next step

An initial call of one hour, free of charge and with no obligation to continue. If it turns out your project is better served by another provider, we say so and name one where we can.
